Flat monthly rates. No surprises.
You’ll know what you’re paying before we start, and it won’t change because a month got busy. Prices are on this page because you shouldn’t have to book a call to find out if you can afford me.

What every plan comes with.
These aren’t upgrades. They’re the baseline, on the cheapest plan and the most expensive one alike.
A summary in plain English
Every month, alongside your statements: what changed, why, and what I’d watch. See a real example →
A KPI dashboard
The handful of numbers that actually matter for your business, tracked month over month instead of buried in a report.
Answers within one business day
From me, not a queue. Usually the same day. No ticket numbers and no new name each time.
A QuickBooks file you own
In your name, with me as a user on it. Read-only bank access — I can see your money, not move it.
A private document folder
Your own secure space for statements and receipts, so nothing sensitive lives in an email thread.
No lock-in
Month to month, 30 days’ notice, and everything is yours on the way out. You’re staying because it’s working.
Which plan is actually yours?
The deciding factor is almost always transaction volume, not revenue. A consultant billing $400k a year might have forty transactions a month. A café doing $300k might have six hundred.
Not sure how many you have?
Send me a bank statement and I’ll count it before you pick anything. Takes me ten minutes and it costs you nothing.
What counts as a transaction?
Any line item hitting a connected account — a card charge, a check, a deposit, a transfer. Not invoices you sent, not bills sitting unpaid.
If you guess wrong
We move you, and it’s not a big deal. A single busy month doesn’t change your price. A consistent pattern means a conversation and a change starting the following month — never retroactively.
Start lower if you’re unsure
Moving up is easy. I’d rather you start on Starter and outgrow it than pay for Growth for a year because it seemed safer.
How payment actually works.
Monthly, in advance
Billed at the start of the month for that month’s work, on auto-pay by ACH or card. One charge, same amount, same date.
30 days’ notice to cancel
Enough time for me to close out your books properly and hand everything over. Because you’re billed at the start of the month, that final month is already paid — nothing extra comes due.
Catch-up is quoted separately
Half when the project starts, the balance on delivery. It’s a one-time project, so it shouldn’t be baked into a monthly rate you pay for years. How cleanup works →
Hourly work, occasionally
The exception rather than the rule. If you need a few hours for something specific, ask — I’ll quote the rate up front and tell you if a flat-fee project would cost you less.
What these plans don’t include.
Worth saying plainly, so nobody signs up expecting something they’re not getting.
Tax preparation or filing
I’m a bookkeeper, not a CPA or enrolled agent. I don’t file returns and I don’t represent you before the IRS or the Department of Revenue. I build the records that work depends on, and I’ll work directly with whoever does it.
Payroll processing
Payroll coordination is included from Professional up — I work with your provider and make sure it lands correctly in your books. I’m not the one running payroll or filing payroll taxes.
Audit representation
If you’re ever audited, your CPA or EA handles it. What I can do is hand them records that are clean, complete, and organized, which is not nothing.
Business or investment advice
I’ll tell you what your numbers say and what I’d keep an eye on. Decisions about pricing, hiring, and borrowing are yours, ideally with your CPA in the room.
Not sure where you fit?
Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. Bring a bank statement and you’ll leave the call knowing exactly which plan you need and what it costs.
